At ABORIGENA, each piece is thoughtfully handcrafted with care, intention, and respect for artisanal processes. Due to the handmade nature of our jewelry and our limited production, we kindly ask that you review this policy before making a purchase.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only in cases of confirmed quality issues.
Because our pieces are handmade and often produced in small batches or made to order, we do not accept returns for reasons such as personal preference, change of mind, or general wear.
How to Request a Return or Exchange
- Please contact us at info@aborigenashop.com within 10 days of receiving your order, including a description of the issue and clear photographs.
- Our team will carefully review your request.
- If a quality issue is confirmed, we will provide return instructions.
- Once the item is received and inspected, we will:
- Replace the item, or
- Issue a refund for the product value (original shipping costs are non-refundable).

- Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, and in original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 10 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is confirmed to have a quality defect.

Discounted or sale items are considered final sale and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
- For international orders, any customs duties, taxes, or handling fees related to returns are the responsibility of the customer.
