Aborigena was born from the vision of Laura, a designer passionate with Latin America's creativity, diversity, and visual soul. But this story was never just hers.

Then came Melissa, a psychologist who dreamed of building something with real Social Impact. Two women, two different paths, and the same calling.

We are best friends, two Colombian women living abroad, and beyond creating beautiful pieces, what truly drives us is impact. Not just sharing our culture, but creating opportunities for artisans, building something that grows with the people who make it possible, and proving that conscious design and social purpose can go hand in hand.

That distance between us is what brought Aborigena to life. Not just as an anchor to our roots, but as a bridge between where we come from and everywhere we've chosen to be, sharing the richness of Latin American culture with people across cultures and countries, in a fashionable way.
